Bravas Fest Madrid 2025 – The Ultimate Guide

If you love tapas, Madrid has the perfect event for you! Bravas Fest Madrid (powered by Mahou) is a two-weekend festival entirely dedicated to patatas bravas, one of Spain’s most iconic tapas. The event brings together the city’s top restaurants, each offering their unique version of bravas to compete for the title of Best Bravas in Madrid.

But this isn’t just about food — expect live music, DJs, workshops, and fun activities for all ages. It’s the ultimate foodie and social plan for September in Madrid!

Important Info:

Bravas Fest takes place over two weekends:

  • September 19-21
  • September 26-28

📍 Venue: Museo del Ferrocarril de Madrid (Railway Museum) – Paseo de las Delicias, 61.

Fridays: 18:00 – 22:00

Saturdays: 12:00 – 22:00

Sundays: 12:00 – 22:00

This makes it perfect whether you want to go for an after-work plan on Friday or spend your whole Saturday tasting different bravas!

Free Entry: Download your free ticket online (it does not guarantee entrance – capacity is limited).
Fast Pass (€8.50): Skip the lines, get priority access, one brava tapa of your choice, and a drink (beer, soda, or water).

Pro tip: If you hate waiting in queues, the Fast Pass is 100% worth it.

🍟 Bravas: around €4 per portion
🍤 Other tapas: €5 – €12 depending on the restaurant
🍺 Drinks: beer, soft drinks, and water available

You can also grab a Bravas Menu (bravas + drink) at a better price if you buy it online in advance.

  • 🏆 “Pasaporte Bravas” Challenge – collect stamps at each stand and win prizes (yes, even “your weight in beer”!)
